2. Design and Professional Consultant Package
Once we align on the vision, we offer our Professional Consultant Package and connect you with the ideal architect or designer to begin your custom home design. Our strong relationships with top designers in the industry ensure that we guide you through every step of the process. During this phase, you'll receive a rough estimate based on Australia-wide statistics to ensure your design remains within budget.
3. Building approvals
The next step, both during and after the design stage, is to secure the required building approvals from local authorities. This process can be complex and time-consuming, but we handle it all together with your designer to ensure a seamless experience for you. We work in close collaboration with engineers and other professionals to ensure your project meets all regulations and standards, while maintaining a reliable timeline.
4. Building Proposal
With the design finalized and all requisite planning and engineering completed, we present a comprehensive building proposal. This proposal includes a fixed price along with detailed specifications and selections for the project. Upon agreement from all parties, we proceed to sign the contract and prepare to commence construction.
5.Construciton
The construction of your new custom home marks the beginning of an exciting journey. Here are the key steps involved:
Site Preparation and Foundation: Laying the groundwork for your new home.
First Fix Carpentry: Constructing the structural framework.
Lock-Up Stage: Completing the exterior to make the home weather-tight.
Fit-Out Stage: Commencing interior work, encompassing tasks such as tiling, joinery, plumbing, and electrical installations.
Final Touches and Landscaping: Adding the finishing details and landscaping to transform your house into a home.
5. Hand Over
Our seamless handover process ensures you receive your new home with minimal hassle and maximum excitement. This includes a final walkthrough, an explanation of warranties and maintenance requirements, and a comprehensive handover pack containing all the essential information about your new home. We also offer a defect period to ensure any unforeseen issues are promptly resolved and your new home meets our high standards.
6. Aftercare
