Matt, the founding director of 4life Constructions, is a highly experienced builder with nearly two decades in the industry. He completed his apprenticeship locally on the Fleurieu Peninsula, sparking his passion for building. As the main client contact, Matt upholds high standards and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all projects meet top quality. His commitment to excellence has made him a sought-after custom home builder. When not working, Matt enjoys quality time with his wife Bec and their sons Kai and Bodhi, surfing, or practicing Muay Thai.

Bec - Business Development Manager/Owner

Bec is the calm and collected force behind 4Life Constructions. As part of the administration team, she keeps the business running smoothly, making sure all the behind-the-scenes work is taken care of and accounts are up to date. When she's not working, Bec enjoys her life as a busy mum to Kai and Bodhi, spending quality time with Matt or diving into Pilates.

Meet Lucy, our exceptional office manager who ensures that our projects are always on track. With her knack for efficiency and dedication, she treats every project with the utmost care and attention. Besides her exceptional skills, Lucy's warm and approachable nature is perfect for keeping our clients happy and informed. When she's not at work, this busy mum cherishes spending quality time with her loving family.

Adam - Project Manager

Adam, our dedicated project manager, is deeply passionate about construction and known for his industry enthusiasm. With extensive knowledge and a readiness to assist, he is always prepared to address any client inquiries. Working with Adam, you'll appreciate his positive demeanour and proactive attitude, ensuring a productive and enjoyable collaboration. In his spare time, he is an avid surfer and a devoted husband and father to his young family.

Jeremaiah - Site Manager

Jeremiah, affectionately known as Froggy, has been with us from the start. With his exceptional carpentry skills and approachable nature, he's a favorite among colleagues and clients. Beyond the worksite, Froggy is a passionate surfer and dedicated surf lifesaver, as well as a wonderful father who seamlessly balances his professional commitments with family life. His dedication to his craft and his team makes him a cherished leader and a true cornerstone of our company.
