The design utilizes the perfect combination of lightweight cladding and spotted gum timber feature walls, creating a harmonious balance between modern and natural elements. Situated perfectly on the block, this home boasts spacious open-plan living areas flooded with natural light, tiled floors throughout, custom-made spotted gum sliding doors, timber windows, and spotted gum beams that add warmth and character to the home. The living area is accentuated by a venetian plaster feature wall that serves as a captivating focal point. One of the highlights of this home is a bifold servery kitchen window that opens to a generously proportioned alfresco area, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and entertaining. Overall, this custom home truly embodies the relaxed yet refined coastal living experience that our clients envisioned.

We completed a stunning renovation and extension project on a beachfront home that not only modernised its appearance but also maximised its living space. With careful consideration given to preserving the integrity of the original structure, this renovation project blends modern finishes with timeless elements. One of the significant highlights of the renovation was that we managed to modernise the house without removing any of the walls. As a result, the home retained its original structure and character, which included keeping the beautiful original hardwood flooring. We made sure to preserve the existing timber and brick features internally as well as keeping the retro cham of the kitchen and living spaces. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area completes the picture, providing a perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. To accommodate the needs of a growing family, an entirely new living quarters was added separate from the main house, providing more space for the owners to entertain guests or house visitors. This was truly a project that breathed new life into this beach front home and captures the essence of a modern beachfront living.
